1. Approve the proposed amendments to “CRA Bylaws”.
2. Recevie and file the revised Fiscal Year 2018-2019 CRA Board Meeting Schedule.

Background:
The proposed amendments to the CRA Bylaws removes Section 4.12 - Appointment of Liaisons and Representatives to Other Boards based on recent amendments to the City’s Land Development Regulations and dissolution of the Delray Beach Marketing Cooperative, and amends other minor items in the Bylaws
AMENDMENTS TO FISCAL YEAR 2018-2019 BOARD MEETING SCHEDULE
The proposed Board Meeting schedule includes a change to the October 8th, 2019 meeting. Yom Kippur is October 8th, so the meeting date has been rescheduled to October 1st consistent with the City Commission Meeting Schedule.
