Motion to approve the Green Implementation Advancement Board Bylaws as presented establishing the rules of procedures.

Background:
Each advisory board of the City of Delray Beach is required to adopt rules of procedure (Rules). These Rules are approved by the City Commission after adoption by the respective boards.
