Background:
On September 11, 2018, the CRA awarded the Delray Beach Historical Society a $75,000 A-GUIDE grant plus $50,000 (to replace funding typically received from the City) for a total funding of $125,000 which represents 44% of DBHS’s program budget of $285,000. The A-GUIDE grant was awarded to support the Delray Beach Historical Society’s Cultural Heritage and Museum Program. Below are highlights from the DBHS’s 2nd Quarter FY 2018-19 A-GUIDE Report ending March 31, 2019.
Overall, most of the outputs for the Cultural Heritage and Museum Program are on target to meet annual expectations with the exception of the following:
• Ticket Sales (16%) -Their major event/fundraiser is on May 11, 2019 and are on schedule to meet their goal.
• New Members (23%)
The following outcome has surpassed the annual goal: Exhibits and Education Programs Entrance Fees (163%).
Please review the attached worksheet for the progress (in percentages) of all outputs and outcomes which includes narrative response to all outputs and outcomes. The outcomes will be reported on an annual basis.
