Appoint a new Executive Director as of June 28, 2019.

Background:
The CRA Board has accepted the resignation of Mr. Jeff Costello from the position of Executive Director, at the June 4, 2019 CRA Board Special Meeting effective as of June 28, 2019. Action is required of the Board to appoint a new Executive Director.
Attached is a proposed employment agreement to facilitate the discussion.
