Body
Background:
At the June 11, 2019 CRA Board meeting, the board approved a Purchase and Relocation agreement with Azure 215 NE 7th LLC. to relocate an historically contributing single family residence constructed in 1939 and design by Samuel Ogren, the city’s first registered architect, to the CRA Office site at 20 N. Swinton Avenue for future use as additional CRA office space.
The current agreement states the relocation is to be complete by August 14, 2019. The move was approved by the Historic Preservation Board on July 3, 2019. The Amendment to the Agreement is required due to the pending City Commission approval of the Relocation at the August 20, 2019 meeting.
