Motion to ratify actions approved by the South Central Regional Wastewater Treatment Treatment and Disposal Board (Board) at their meeting of July 22, 2019.

Background:
At its Quarterly Annual Meeting of July 22, 2019, the Board met and by a vote of 5-0 gave authorization to establish the wastewater user rate at $1.12/1,000 GAL (from $1.09/1,000 GAL) to the CIty of Delray Beach and the City of Boynton Beach for FY 2019/2020. The Board also gave authorization to establish the reclaim user rate at $0.18/1,000 GAL (from $1.17/1,000 GAL) to the City of Delray Beach, Boynton Beach and South Central Regional consumers for FY 2019/2020. The Board authorized the CIP and associated funding plan for FY 2019/2020 and voted to accept the 2019/2020 Wastewater and Reclaim O&M Budgets.
These Board actions are being presented to the City of Delray Beach for ratification.
