Approve the proposed amendments to “CRA By-laws”.

Background:
At the last CRA Board Meeting, on August 13th, 2019, the Board voted to change the length of time for public comment for all CRA related items from two (2) to three (3) minutes. Also, the Board voted to eliminate public comment after each agenda item unless there is consensus of Board to allow public comment for an individual agenda item.
Thus, the three (3) minute public comment period for all CRA related items shall take place as shown below:
1. Call to order
2. Calling of roll
3. Approval of Agenda - additions/deletions
4. Acceptance and corrections, if any, of the minutes of the previous meeting
5. Public comments on agenda and non-agenda items
6. Consent Agenda
7. Old business
8. New business
9. CRA Board, CRA Board Attorney, and Executive Director comments
10. Adjournment
The CRA by-laws have been hereby amended to reflect these changes.
