By separate motions:
1. Appoint a member of the Board to the position of CRA First Vice-Chair.
2. Appoint a member of the Board to the position of CRA Treasurer.

Background:
Pursuant to the CRA By-Laws, the Officers of the CRA shall include the Chair, Vice Chair, First Vice-Chair, Treasurer, and Secretary. The City Commission designates the Chair and Vice-Chair and the CRA Board appoints the First Vice-Chair and Treasurer. The CRA’s Executive Director is the Secretary. The CRA’s By-Laws further provide that the First Vice-Chair and Treasurer shall be appointed on an annual basis.
The currently Angie Gray serves as First Vice-Chair and William Bathurst serves as Treasurer.
This item hereby respectfully requests that the Board appoint a First Vice-Chair and Treasurer.
