Motion to approve Resolution No. 147-19, awarding an Agreement with TNT Lawn Executives, LLC for Landscape Maintenance at I-95 Interchanges in the estimated amount of $204,441 and authorizing the City Manager to exercise renewal options, in the amounts below, contingent on appropriation of funds.

Background:
On June 27, 2019, the City of Delray Beach (City) advertised an Invitation to Bid (ITB) No. 2019-037 for Landscape Maintenance for I-95 Interchanges. Seven (7) bids were received: BNB Distributors Co., TNT Lawn Executives LLC., Innova Firm LLC., Thompson Lawncare, Clerical Solutions LLC., Creative Landscape Solutions and Mainguy Landscape Services. BNB Distributors Co.'s bid was deemed non-responsive. TNT Lawn Executives, LLC has been deemed the responsive and responsible vendor recommended for award.
The areas to be maintained include Florida Department of Transportation right-of-ways at the I-95 interchanges at Atlantic Avenue and center median west of I-95 on West Atlantic Avenue up to the CSX Railroad, Linton Boulevard and center medians on the east side of I-95 up to Wallace Drive, the center median west of I-95 up to the CSX Railroad, and the grass at the base of the overpass at SW 10th Street in Delray Beach. Services to be rendered include all grass mowed, fertilized, litter removed Monday through Friday, ground cover and shrubs trimmed, trees and palms pruned, and all areas mulched three times per year.
Staff recommends award of the Agreement for three (3) years with two (2) one-year renewal options. Should the City exercise the renewal options, the cumulative value is provided below.
