Motion to approve Amendment No. 1 with PGCS to extend Agreement under the same terms and conditions not to exceed $120,000 and authorize the City Manager to approve renewal options, in the same amounts, contingent upon appropriation of funds.

Background:
The City of Delray Beach (City) issued a solicitation for Property and Casualty Third Party Claims Administrator (RFP 2016-118) on July 26, 2016. The City Commission approved an Agreement for Property and Casualty Third Party Administrator services for Delray Beach with PGCS. The term of the agreement was for three (3) years with three (3) one-year options to renew.

The Agreement included provisions for renewal options and staff recommends exercising the first of three (3), one-year renewal options for the period of September 20, 2019 through September 19, 2020.

Should the City exercise the renewal options provided in the contract, the cumulative contract value is provided below:
