Motion to approve Resolution 170-19.

Background:
On August 29, 2019, the City Commission by Resolution 163-19 declared a State of Emergency pursuant to Chapter 95 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Delray Beach in response to Hurricane Dorian.
Resolution 170-19 terminates the State of Emergency previously declared in Resolution 163-19 as Hurricane Dorian has passed, and the City has completed its recovery efforts.
