Approve the A-GUIDE Funding Agreement with Expanding and Preserving Our Cultural Heritage, Inc. in the amount of $92,139 for Fiscal Year 2019-2020.

Background:
Expanding and Preserving Our Cultural Heritage, Inc. (“EPOCH”) applied for A-GUIDE Funding for Economic Development and Recreation and Cultural Facilities in the amount of $92,139 for Fiscal Year 2019-2020. This represents 25% of EPOCH’s Proposed Budget of $371,785.
At the July 19, 2019 Board meeting, the Board considered the funding request from EPOCH and support funding in the amount of $92,139.
Attached is the Funding Agreement outlining EPOCH’s reporting requirements and other responsibilities with regard to the funding provided. EPOCH will submit quarterly reports documenting the expenditure of funds and the progress towards the outcomes projected in the Goals and Outcomes Report and Budget for FY 2019-2020. Funds will be disbursed quarterly based on submittal of the associated quarterly reports.
Note that the Funding Agreement maintains the same quarterly reporting and payment schedule as EPOCH’s Funding Agreement in FY 18-19.
