Approve the attached Interlocal Agreement between the CRA and the City of Delray Beach for provision of computer network services.

Background:
Attached is the Interlocal Agreement between the CRA and the City of Delray Beach for provision of computer network services. Under the agreement, the CRA pays the City $110,000 for computer network services.
In the agreement it states that the City shall provide the CRA with quarterly summary reports of information technology services and the use of funds provided by the CRA to the City.
Staff recommends approval of the Interlocal Agreement between the CRA and the City of Delray Beach for provision of computer network services.
