DISCUSSION/NOMINATIONS FOR APPOINTMENT OF THE NORTHWEST/SOUTHWEST ADVISORY BOARD

Discussion/Motion to approve nomination for appointment of five (5) members to serve on the Northwest/Southwest Advisory Board. Three (3) members to serve a one (1) year term ending in 2020 and two (2) members to serve a two (2) year term ending in 2021.
Body
The Northwest/Southwest Advisory Board shall consist of five (5) regular members. To qualify for an appointment, a person shall be either a resident of or own property and/or own a business in the Northwest/Southwest boundaries.
The following individuals have applied and would like to be nominated for an appointment.

A check for code violations and/or municipal liens was conducted and none were found. Voter registration verification was completed and all are registered.
Based on the rotation system, the nominations for appointment will be made by Commissioner Frankel (Seat #1), Deputy Vice Mayor Bathurst (Seat #2), Commissioner Boylston (Seat #3), Vice Mayor Johnson (Seat #4) and Mayor Petrolia (Seat #5) for three (3) members to serve a one (1) year term ending in 2020 and two (2) members to serve a two (2) year term ending in 2021.
