Motion to approve the Interlocal Agreement between the Delray Beach CRA and the City of Delray Beach for Computer Network and Information Technology Services for FY19-20 in the amount of $110,000.

Background:
Attached is the Interlocal Agreement between the CRA and the City of Delray Beach for provision of computer network and information technology services. Under the agreement, the CRA pays the City $110,000 for computer network and information technology services.
In the agreement, conditions state that the City shall provide the CRA with quarterly summary reports of information technology services and the use of funds provided by the CRA to the City.
Staff recommends approval of the interlocal Agreement between the Delray Beach CRA and the City of Delray Beach for the provision of computer network and information technology services.
City Attorney Review:
Approved as to form and legal sufficiency.
Timing of Request:
This item has been approved by the CRA and needs City Commission approval to move forward with funding.
