Motion to Approve Amendment No. 5 to the Agreement between the City of Delray Beach and Players International Management, Inc.
Body
Background:
On March 6, 2008, the City entered into an Agreement with Players International Management, Inc. (“PIM”) for its non-exclusive right to use the City of Delray Beach’s tennis facilities for tennis events (“Agreement”). The original Agreement between the City and PIM has been previously amended 4 times.
Recently, the Commission approved Amendment No. 4 that modified the original agreement between the City and PIM by extending the agreement through September 30, 2025. This Amendment No. 5 adds an additional $20,000 to the City’s annual contribution pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
