Motion to Approve the of Road Improvement Agreement between the City Of Delray Beach and Delray Place, LLC.

Background:
On August 14, 2019, the Site Plan Review and Appearance Board (SPRAB) reviewed and approved a site plan related to the redevelopment and renovation of the properly located at the northeast corner of Tropic Blvd. and Federal Highway. At its September 5, 2019 meeting, the City Commission declined to appeal the SPRAB approval and accepted the proffer made by the Developer.
The Developer has agreed to analyze traffic conditions of the Tropic/Federal Intersection within one year from the date of completion of construction of the Project. This Agreement memorializes the proffer made by the Developer.
