CRA Board action to authorize the termination of the Interlocal Agreement for City Housing Study Agreement and direct staff to provide the 30 day notice as required by section 3 of the Interlocal Agreement.

Background:
At the July 12, 2018 CRA Board Meeting the Interlocal Agreement for the Housing Needs Assessment was approved, however, this item has not been budgeted for the FY 2019/2020 Budget.
We wish to terminate the Interlocal Agreement because there has been no activity on the study. Should the City decide to move forward with the study, a funding request may be considered at that time.
At this time, it is recommended that the Interlocal Agreement between the City and CRA to fund for a Housing Study be terminated.
