Recommendation for appointment of one (1) regular member to serve an unexpired term ending October 4, 2020.

Background:
Due to Mr. Barry Feldman resigning, a vacancy was created. Nomination for an appointment is needed for one (1) regular member to serve an unexpired term ending October 4, 2020.
Per Ordinance 17-16 of the City Code, all members must be a resident of the City of Delray Beach. All appointees must take an oath of office.
The following individual has submitted an application and would like to be nominated for an appointment:

A check for code violations and/or municipal liens was conducted. None were found. Voter registration verification was completed, and all are registered.
Based on the rotation system, the nomination for appointment will be made by Commissioner Johnson (Seat #4) for one (1) regular member to serve an unexpired term ending October 4, 2020.
