Motion to Approve the Addendum to the State Plan of Operations Agreement between the State of Florida and the Delray Beach Police Department, 2YTC89.

Background:
This addendum amends the responsibilities existing in the State Plan of Operations Agreement approved by the City Commission on September 17, 2019. It adds the requirement of two levels of security and financial liability for negligent lost/stolen/destroyed small arms. All other original terms of the Agreement remain. See attached original Agreement for full terms.
