Provide direction to the City Attorney concerning changes to the Rules of Procedure and the Quasi-Judicial Rules.

Background:
Each year, during the Organizational Meeting, the City Commission is tasked with approving its Rules of Procedure and, if necessary, its Procedures for Quasi-Judicial Hearings. This year, due to the state of emergency resulting from the Coronavirus, the approval of both items was delayed.
The City Attorney seeks direction from the Commission as to any desired changes to the City’s Rules of Procedure and Quasi-Judicial Rules.

Approved as to form and legal sufficiency.
