Background:
Attached are the April 2020 Financial Statements [1] Statement of Net Assets and [2] Statement of Activities with Budget vs. Actual (YTD).
Below are highlights of significant activities that occurred during the month of April:
1. SW Neighborhood Plan- SW 3rd Ct, SW 4th St, 6th St, 7th Ave- Reconstruction (CIP) (G/L #5351) - A final payment of $86,201 was made to the City of Delray Beach for the project.
2. Carver Square Workforce House Development Program (G/L #6621) - A payment of $11,435 was made for architectural services.
3. Carver Square Neighborhood -Corey Isle Workforce Housing (G/L #6622) - Payments totaling $64,410 were made for the following:
• Architectural Services - $14,100
• Soil Testing- $2,435
• Site Work- $47,875
4. Community Resource Enhancement/ A-Guide Funding - (G/L #7376) - A-GUIDE Funding payments totaling $402,535 were made as follows:
• EPOCH- $23,035
• Old School Square- $187,500
• Delray Beach Historical Society- $18,750
• Creative City Collaborative- $68,750
• Delray Beach Public Library- $104,500
