Motion to accept the Investigative Report completed by the Internal Auditor, Dr. Julia Davidyan, dated October 12, 2020.

Background:
After voting to suspend City Manager, George Gretsas, on June 24, 2020, the City Commission appointed Dr. Julia Davidyan to conduct an investigation concerning Mr. Gretsas’ alleged misconduct in accordance with section 3.1(a) of his Employment Agreement between the City of Delray Beach and George Gretsas dated October 8, 2019. The report provides analysis of the Written Charges that were adopted by the Commission on August 24, 2020 and will be utilized at the public hearing scheduled for Friday, October 23, 2020.
