Motion to approve nomination for appointment for two (2) regular members to serve on the Board of Trustees for the Firefighters' Retirement System Board for a four (4) year term ending October 4, 2024.

Background:
The terms for regular members Mr. Thomas Glanfield and Mr. Jack Warner, have expired on October 4, 2020. Mr. Thomas Glanfield will have served one (1) regular term, is eligible, and would like to be nominated for reappointment. Mr. Jack Warner will have served one (1) unexpired term, is eligible, and would like to be nominated for reappointment. Nominations for appointments are needed for two (2) regular members to serve a four (4) year term ending October 4, 2024.
In accordance with Ordinance 17-16 of the City Code, the City Commission appoints two (2) public members to the Board of Trustees. All members must be a resident of the City of Delray Beach. All appointees must take an oath of office.
The following individuals have submitted applications and would like to be nominated for an appointment:

A check for code violations and or municipal liens was conducted. None were found. Voter registration verification was completed, and all are registered.
Based on the rotation system, the nominations for appointment to serve a four (4) year term ending October 4, 2024, will be made by Deputy Vice-Mayor Johnson (Seat #4) and Mayor Petrolia (Seat #5).
