Approve the First Amendment to the Interlocal Agreement with the City of Delray Beach for funding of Construction/Professional Services for Fiscal Year 2019-2020.

Background:
On February 4, 2020, the City and the CRA entered into an Interlocal Agreement for the Funding of Construction/Professional Services for Fiscal Year 2019-2020. The City and the CRA desire to enter into this First Amendment in order to amend Exhibit “A” to the Original Agreement to provide further adjustments to the project costs. Attached is the First Amendment to the Interlocal Agreement reflecting the adjustments to project costs.
