Motion to approve Service Authorization No. 12-03.3 (Amendment No. 3 to Service Authorization No. 12-03) to Wantman Group, Inc. (WGI) in the amount of $4,900 for additional construction, engineering, and inspection (CEI) services related to the Sanitary Sewer System 58A and 87 Force Main Replacement Project (P/N 2014-039).

Background:
On December 17, 2014, City Commission approved Service Authorization No. 13-03 in the amount of $79,725 to WGI for professional engineering services for the design of Sanitary Sewer System 58A and 87 Force Main Replacement Project.
On February 26, 2015, City Commission approved Service Authorization 12-03.1 in the amount of $27,492.56 to WGI for additional electrical engineering and construction administration services for the Sanitary Sewer System 58A and 87 Force Main Replacement Project.
On August 16, 2016, City Commission approved Service Authorization 12-03.2 in the amount of $9,173.24 to WGI for updating the Reclaimed Water Master Plan to evaluate the feasibility for expansion to additional customer areas as well as engineering 1,950 LF of reclaim water piping.
Amendment No. 3 to Service Authorization No. 12-03 (12-03.3) in the amount of $4,900 to WGI is requested for the following reasoning:
1) Reimbursement in the amount of $1,600 to Lake Worth Drainage District (permit).
2) Additional Construction Administration Services in the amount of $3,300 to complete the construction project.
