Approve the First Amendment to the Agreement between the Delray Beach Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) and Pasquale Kuritzky Architecture for professional architectural design services for the Corey Jones Isle Workforce Housing Development Project.

Background:
On January 11, 2018, the Delray Beach Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) entered into an agreement with Pasquale Kuritzky Architecture for professional architectural services to include design, permitting, bidding assistance and construction administration services for the Corey Jones Isle Workforce Housing Development Project located on the west side of SW 7th Avenue, between SW 3rd and 4th Streets, and including a property located at 238 SW 6th Avenue. The term of the Agreement was for a period of three (3) years, commencing January 17, 2018 to January 18, 2021.

The project is currently under construction and is making significant progress; however, the original agreement will expire prior to the completion of the project. The request before the Board is to amend the original agreement to extend the terms for one (1) additional year and to provide additional consulting services for the following:

1) Change in documents for the addition of a coach light adjacent to the garage door.
2) Additional reviews and drawing of stair shop drawings.
3) Additional reviews of the truss shop drawings.
4) Additional printing costs associated with the project.
5) An increase for the per lot Repeat Fee: Model A: $4,500.00 and Model B: $5,200.00.
