Ratify the Work Assignment for Architectural Services with CPZ Architects, Inc. (CPZ) for the Conceptual Design of the NW 800 Block of West Atlantic Avenue.

Background:
The redevelopment of the NW 800 Block of West Atlantic is included in the CRA’s Budget & Work Plan for Fiscal Year 2020-2021. CRA staff contacted CPZ, a consultant who has a continuing contract with the CRA to provide architectural services, to provide a proposal to develop a conceptual design for the NW 800 Block of West Atlantic Avenue.
Attached is the Work Assignment between the CRA and CPZ, which describes the Scope of Services to be provided to develop a conceptual design for the CRA owned properties located on the NW 800 Block of West Atlantic Avenue. The Scope of Services should be completed within 120 days from April 1, 2021, when CRA staff provided the notice to proceed to CPZ. The cost to fulfill the Scope of Services is a not to exceed cost of $15,000.
