Approve the amendments to Article III, Article V and the addition of Article VI to the CRA Bylaws.

Background:
Amendments to Article III include the following:
• Renumbering the subsections
• Adding subsection 3.4 Preparation/Delivery of Agenda
• Adding subsection 3.5 Agenda Approval
• Adding subsection 3.6 Board Decorum and Civility
Amendments to Article V include the following:
• Article V was previously titled Amendment of the By-Laws but has now been renamed as General Provisions
• Adding subsection 5.1 Emails, Text Messages, Social Media Posts and Other Electronic Records
Addition of Article VI
• Amendment of the By-laws section was previously under Article V but has now been moved to Article VI
Attached are the proposed amendments to Article III, Article V and the addition of Article VI to the CRA Bylaws for the Board’s consideration.
