Authorize the Board Chair to execute a First Amendment to the Continuing Consultant Services Agreement with each of the following firms:
Architectural Services:
1. CPZ Architects, Inc.
2. Currie Sowards Aguila Architects, Inc.
3. Keith and Associates, Inc.
4. Song + Associates, Inc.
5. Synalovski Romanik Saye, LLC
Landscape Architectural Services:
1. Calvin, Giordano & Associates, Inc.
2. Craven, Thompson & Associates, Inc.
3. EDSA, Inc.
4. Keith & Schnars, P.A. (acquired by KCI Technologies, Inc.)
5. Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc.

Background:
At the September 11, 2018, CRA Board meeting, the Board authorized the CRA Board Chair to execute Continuing Consultant Services Agreements for Architectural Services and Landscape Architectural Services (Agreements) with ten (10) separate firms.
The initial term for each of the Agreements was for three (3) years from the commencement date of October 1, 2018. The CRA reserved the right to renew each of the Agreements with the option to renew for two one (1) year extensions. As specified in the Agreements, the scope of work may be implemented in phases and by the issuance of work assignments as projects come up during the term of the Agreements. Negotiations of specific services for individual projects will take place through the issuance of work assignments. CRA Staff will bring the individual negotiated work assignments to the CRA Board for approval.
The initial three (3) year period is set to expire on September 30, 2021, for all ten (10) firms that are providing architectural services or landscape architectural services. The CRA has the option to renew each Agreement fo...
