Title
PAINT-UP & SIGNAGE FUNDING AGREEMENT - MT. OLIVE BAPTIST CHURCH OF DELRAY BEACH, INC. (40 NW 4TH AVENUE)

Body
Recommended Action:
Recommendation
Approve a Paint-Up & Signage funding assistance agreement with Mt. Olive Baptist Church of Delray Beach, Inc. for the proposed exterior painting improvements at 40 NW 4th Avenue, within CRA sub-area #8, for an amount not to exceed $5,000.

Based on the two estimates submitted by the applicant, the proposed painting improvements have an estimated cost of $18,102 and $19,500, respectively. As such, because 50% of the lowest bid exceeds the funding limit, the applicant is eligible to receive total funding assistance for the maximum amount of $5,000. A color change approval is not required for this project because the building will be painted the same color. I...
