Appoint a member of the Board to the position of CRA Deputy Vice-Chair.

Recommendation
Pursuant to the CRA By-Laws, the Officers of the CRA shall include the Chair, Vice Chair, Deputy Vice-Chair, and Secretary.
The City Commission designates the Chair and Vice-Chair and the CRA Board appoints the Deputy Vice-Chair. The CRA’s Executive Director is the Secretary. The CRA’s By-Laws further provide that the Deputy Vice-Chair shall be appointed on an annual basis.
This item hereby respectfully requests that the Board appoint a Deputy Vice-Chair.
