Background:
This is the first of two required public hearings for the adoption of the rates of millage to be levied by the Downtown Development Authority for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2021. Proposed Resolution No. 140-21 is required to be adopted before the final adoption of the City of Delray Beach Budget Resolution No. 141-21.
