Motion to adopt Resolution No. 139-21 - Certifying to the Property Appraiser and the Tax Collector of Palm Beach County, the rates of millage to be levied by the City of Delray Beach for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2021.

Background:

This is the second of two required public hearings for the adoption of the rates of millage to be levied by the City of Delray Beach for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2021. Proposed Resolution No. 139-21 is required to be adopted before the final adoption of the City of Delray Beach Budget Resolution No. 141-21.
