Background:
The City of Delray Beach wishes to Proclaim October 28, 2021 as Delray Reads Day. Delray Reads Day has joined forces with Read for the Record to raise awareness around the importance of early childhood literacy. The featured book this year that everyone will be reading is "Amy Wu and the Patchwork Dragon" written by Kat Zhang and illustrated by Charlene Chua.
