Approve the Second Amendment to the Interlocal Agreement with the City of Delray Beach for funding of Construction/Professional Services for Fiscal Year 2020-2021.

Background:
On November 20, 2020, the City and the CRA entered into an Interlocal Agreement for the Funding of Construction/Professional Services for Fiscal Year 2020-2021. On May 18, 2021, the City and the CRA entered into a First Amendment to the Original Agreement to replace “Exhibit A” to accurately reflect amounts of funding provided for various projects and the City agreed to procure a contractor to facilitate signage and manage the Wayfinding Signage Project. The City and the CRA desire to enter into this Second Amendment in order to amend Exhibit “A” to the Original Agreement to provide further adjustments based on actual project costs.
Attached is the Second Amendment to the Interlocal Agreement reflecting the adjustments to project costs.
