Motion to approve Resolution No. 132-21 approving a revocable license agreement with Mae Volen Senior Center, Inc. (Mae Volen) for the use of the auditorium and kitchen facilities to provide congregate meals to senior citizens at Pompey Park Recreation Center and authorizing the City Manager to execute any amendments and/or renewals and to take any and all actions necessary to effectuate this agreement.

Background:
The congregate meals for senior citizens services 120 participants of the Pompey Park Senior Club. The program stopped in 2020 due to COVID19 and we would like to restart the program. The congregate meals provide nutrition for this underserved demographic in our community.
City Attorney Review:
Approved as to form and legal sufficiency.
Funding Source/Financial Impact:
There is no financial impact. The Volen Center will provide staffing for the program.
