Motion to approve the Board's Bylaws adopted by the Affordable Housing Advisory Committee.

Background:
Each advisory board of the City of Delray Beach is required to adopt rules of procedure (Rules). The City Commission approves these rules after adoption by the respective board.
City Attorney Review:
Approved as to form and legal sufficiency.
Timing of Request:
The Rules are required to be reviewed by the respective board every two (2) years.
