Consideration of the following items: Motion to approve Resolution No. 156-21, a City initiated request to adopt an updated engineering standards manual and authorizing the City Manager to adopt future revisions.

Background:
The proposed resolution implements updates to the current Engineering Standards Manual which was last updated in 2014. The resolution provides the authority allowing the City Manager to authorize the adoption of updates to the standards periodically as requirements and construction methods change.
