Background:

Since 2007, the City of Delray Beach has entered into Triparty Agreement ("Agreement") with the School Board and the Community Child Care Center of Delray Beach (d/b/a Achievement Centers for Children and Families) ("ACCF") to help fund and support out of school and summer programming to benefit under-resourced children and families attending Pine Grove Elementary and Village Academy.

The new Agreement was approved by the School District at their meeting of September 22, 2021 and provides for funding and shared use of the facilities in order to make the most efficient use of community resources and to positively impact student achievement of the student attending a school referenced herein and as in "Exhibit A".  The Agreement, if the City Commission approves, shall be for a period beginning October 1, 2021 and ending on September 30, 2025.
