Background:
Attached are the August 2021 Financial Statements [1] Statement of Net Assets and [2] Statement of Activities with Budget vs. Actual (YTD).
Below are highlights of significant activities that occurred during the month of August:
1. Revenue - Single Family Home Sales (G/L #4075) - Two Corey Jones Isle single family homes were sold for a totaled $520,829.
2. Redevelopment Sites- Affordable Housing- Subsidies (G/L #6505) -Two families were awarded subsidies for total of $106,260 towards the purchase of Corey Jones Isle single family homes.
3. Community Improvements & Economic Development - A-GUIDE Funding (G/L #7376) - Quarterly payments for a total of $231,285 were made as follows:
• Arts Garage (CCC)- $68,750
• Delray Beach Chamber of Commerce- $10,000
• Delray Beach Historical Society- $18,750
• Delray Beach Public Library- $110.750
• Spady Museum (EPOCH) - $23,035
