Reinstate, amend, and approve the existing Paint-Up & Signage funding assistance agreement for Advanced Chiropractic of South Florida, Inc. for the proposed exterior painting and signage improvements at 104 SW 11th Avenue, within CRA sub-area #3.

Background:
At the June 10, 2021, CRA Board Meeting, the CRA Board approved a Paint-Up & Signage funding award to Advanced Chiropractic of South Florida, Inc., located at 104 SW 11th Avenue, within CRA sub-area #3. At the August 31, 2021, CRA Board Meeting, a first amendment was approved to add signage costs to the recommended award amount so the agreement can reflect both exterior painting and signage as part of the scope of the project.
The grantee was experiencing delays with their paint contractor and signage company. As of 1/21/2022 the building has been primmed and re-stuccoed for painting. The proposed signage plans have been submitted for final approval as of 2/7/2022. Staff is requesting that the agreement be reinstated, and the terms of the funding agreement be amended to extend the termination date to September 30th, 2022.
