Approve the amendment of Article V to the CRA Bylaws, in substantially the attached form.
Body
Background:
The City of Delray Beach Code of Ordinance under section 31.17 is the City’s indemnification provision for City officials and employees. The CRA Bylaws does not currently have an indemnification provision for CRA officials and employees. The proposed amendment to the CRA Bylaws is for the purpose of adding an indemnification provision for CRA officials and employees and has incorporated the City’s indemnification provision language in substantially the same form.

• Adding subsection 5.2 Indemnification
Attached is the proposed amendment to Article V to the CRA Bylaws for the Board’s consideration and approval, in substantially the attached form.
