Background:
Attached are the Revised January 2022 Financial Statements [1] Statement of Net Assets and [2] Statement of Activities with Budget vs. Actual (YTD). The revisions include additional expenditures from credit cards and income/expenses from the CRA Money Market account. The majority of the updates were minor except the following:
1. Other- Land Acquisitions (G/L #5610) - A payment of $904,546 was made for the property located at 622 NW 1st Street & 23 NW 7th Avenue. A deposit of $1,000 was paid in November 2021 bringing the total price to $905,546.
