Background:
Per the CRA Executive Director’s Original Employment Agreement (“Agreement”) dated June 14, 2019, the CRA Board shall engage in an annual performance evaluation of the CRA Director on or about June 29th during the term of the Agreement for the purpose of recommending any compensation and benefit adjustments for the ensuing year.
At this time, the format of the Executive Director’s annual performance evaluation is being brought forth before the CRA Board for discussion and direction.
Previous feedback from the CRA Board regarding the evaluation rating scale were incorporated into the evaluation process. Additional feedback about the format is being solicited from the CRA Board so that it may be incorporated into the Executive Director’s upcoming annual performance evaluation.
