Motion to approve Resolution No. 68-22 to AWARD AN Agreement to CJ Contracting, LLC for roof maintenance and repair services in the estimated amount $750,000, and authorize the City Manager to exercise renewal options, in the amounts below, contingent upon appropriation of funds.

Background:
On February 23, 2022, the City issued a solicitation for roof maintenance and repair services at various City buildings located in Delray Beach (ITB No. 2022-021.) Four bids were received from the following companies; Advanced Roofing, Inc., CJ Contracting,, LLC., Grace Roofing, and Garabar, Inc. The lowest bidder was CJ Contracting, LLC. The Staff is recommending approval of award to CJ Contracting in an annual no-to-exceed amount of $150,000.
