Background:
At the May 19, 2022 regular meeting, the Commission approved resolution 64-22 to enter into an agreement with CBRE, INC. for Tenant Broker & Real Estate Consultancy for work related to the redevelopment of the municipal golf course located at 2200 Highland Ave. This workshop will facilitate the consultant's understanding of commission priorities to be incorporated into the request for proposals (RFP) for a development partner for the project.
