Background:

 

As reported via the March 18, City Commission Information Letter, leadership of the Community Land Trust has expressed an interest to develop property currently owned by the City of Delray Beach located on SW 12th Avenue.

 

Given protocols and required transparency associated with such considerations, this agenda item’s dialog will serve as an opportunity for the City Commission to consider a proposal solicitation process for development opportunities that could arise as a result.
