Approve Amendment 1 to the Interlocal Agreement (ILA) for funding Capital Improvement Projects between the City of Delray Beach and the Delray Beach Community Redevelopment Agency and accept funding for additional construction engineering and inspection services (CEI) for the NE 3RD Avenue Streetscape Improvement Project in the amount of $30,000 (Project No. 11-024).

Background:
At the July 12, 2022 CRA Board meeting, the Board approved this additional funding for CEI Services for the NE 3rd Avenue Beautification project in the not to exceed amount of $30,000 for the fiscal year 2021-2022.
Budget.
Due to construction delays related to concrete and supply chain issues, the City has determined that it is in its best interests to amend the Agreement to add additional CEI services to cover construction administration and inspection services necessary to bring this project to a successful conclusion.
