Background:
Attached are the July 2022 Financial Statements [1] Statement of Net Assets and [2] Statement of Activities with Budget vs. Actual (YTD).
Below are highlights of significant activities that occurred during the month of July:
1. Areawide & Neighborhood Plans- Dr. Rev Thomas Park Playground (G/L #5366)-
• Payments totaling of $121,124.53 were made payable to Rep Services, Inc for the playground equipment.
2. Areawide & Neighborhood Plans- N.W. Neighborhood Design (CIP) (G/L #5622)-
• Payment of $1,600,000.00 was made payable to the City of Delray Beach for the N.W. Neighborhood Improvements.
3. Affordable/ Workforce Housing Projects- Support for Affordable Housing Initiatives (G/L #6512)-
• Payments totaling $507,600.00 were made payable to Delray Beach Community Land Trust, Inc. for the project at 246 N.W. 8th Avenue.
4. Community Improvement & Economic Development - Clean & Safe (G/L #7332) -
• Payments totaling $753,252.22 were made payable to the City of Delray Beach for funding the Clean & Safe Program for the 3rd Quarter of the fiscal year.
5. Community Improvement & Economic Development - Community Enhancement | A-Guide Funding (G/L #7376A)-
• Prior fiscal year restricted funds removed from accounts payable totaling $562,000 (OSS).
